Qigong protection is full of energy
According to Merriam-Webster online, "qigong" is an ancient Chinese healing art involving meditation, breathing control and exercise exercises. Later in this article, I will give you a qigong standing meditation that will enable you to improve your energy protection from unnecessary external influences [whether physical, emotional, mental or spiritual].
Qi is a term with no English equivalent. Qi's Chinese characters look like rice in a pot of boiling pot, and the steam is lifting the lid of the pot. This gives us an idea of the quality of the alignment. Qi provided the same, just like rice. It is also as active as steam and moves up. It is hard to forgive like steam. Therefore, although Qi is usually considered to be "energy", it is a bad translation because Qi is a really rare form of matter. The word Gong [in kung fu] means "achievement", "technique" or "work". Therefore, Qigong is only "cooperating with Qi".
If you feel an energy attack other than yourself, Qigong practice should help. It may be that you work in an environment where you are infected with an airborne infection, such as a cold or flu. Maybe you have a boss or colleague who invades your sense of space and personal boundaries. Maybe you work with the public and are subject to customer whimsy and verbal [or other] attacks. In all of these cases, the unnecessary energy of "attacking" people can find you because you have not found an energy barrier. The Qigong exercises listed below will build a gas barrier around you through daily practice so that you no longer accept this unnecessary energy from others.
So, needless to say, I present to you any martial arts meditation, as follows:
1. When standing, your feet are slightly higher than the shoulder width, with your feet facing forward and parallel to each other.
2. Bend your knees slightly so you can reach a firm and comfortable position. If you do this correctly, you can still look down and see your feet coming from your knees.
3. Tilt the pelvis forward to make the spine longer and flatten.
4. Let the arms hang loosely on both sides of the body with the palms facing inward. Your armpit should have a small space [egg size].
5. Relax your shoulders and let them sink.
6. The chest is sunken and relaxed [in contrast to the "military posture", the chest is pushed out].
7. Imagine your head being hung up high by a thread. Tilt the chin to the chest to further lengthen the spine.
8. Close your mouth and gently place the tip of the tongue where the upper jaw meets the teeth.
9. Breath through the nose. Abdominal breathing is used to allow the lower abdomen to inhale and contract, and to contract when exhaling. Take a deep breath at a comfortable speed [slower, better].
10. Close your eyes or keep them just slightly open, and the gaze is not fixed on anything specific.
11. Imagine the golden egg around you.
Imagine a red mist in your heart that is sprayed in front of you. This red fog turned into a phoenix. Think of the phoenix as a lively, active, playful animal that connects with your heart. Let this animal stay in front of you.

20. Take a few deep breaths and slowly open your eyes and let yourself return to the sober world.
It has it all! Considering some exercises, the time required to achieve this meditation should not exceed 2-5 minutes. Practiced so much, I can finish it almost instantly. This is one of the tools I use to stay in good shape in busy clinical practice. I don't want to bear the energy or disease of my patient. I feel very strongly that this Qigong exercise helps me stay healthy, I hope it will help you too!

Sweet Medicine Quodoushka is a form of Tantra that is said to have been developed by the Cherokee Indians, but it is primarily directed by the Cherokee Indian medical scientist Harley Swift Deer. Many years ago, when I first started studying Tantra with Lori Grace, I learned about the Cherokee Indian Tantric system and its genital type. It was a revelation for me at the time, and the information I received seemed to be very accurate. In this system, there are 9 types of males and females, which are placed on the medicine wheel.
There are 5 basic types, then 4 combinations, and a total of 9 types can be generated. For women, there are deer, wolf, buffalo, sheep and dance. For men, there are bears, coyotes, deer, horses and dances. But a person can have a combination of a dancing man and a bear man, or I like to call this type a dancing bear. Or a woman can be either a sheep or a Buffalo woman. This means she has two types of combined features. In my experience, when teaching this information at a seminar, women are very familiar with the characteristics identified in the system. Male and female characteristics include: the size of the penis or vagina, the taste of the liquid, the smell, the distance between the vaginal opening and the clitoris, the lubrication and position of the G-Spot, the temperature of the liquid, the type of her/his possible exercise, the male and female Both sexes, the time it takes for a man to reach orgasm and the type of orgasm they may have. [There are four types of climax in this system.] This system is so accurate that it is the main system I used when I was teaching.
So you may ask yourself now, what is the impact of studying this information on me? The main reason to study this problem again is that you will be a better lover of your partner. This is an ancient Chinese city of Luoyang.
Located in Henan Province in northeastern China, Luoyang is the main cultural center of Li Bai's life.

Most of us don't associate "Made in China" with luxury brands or designer brands, but the more fancy Italian shoes you like are actually produced in China. You may not find such a label in your shoes.

Ear infection and Chinese medicine
The following is based on traditional Chinese medicine [TCM]. TCM is based on the observation that everything is a combination of opposites: yin [cold, clean] and yang [heat, building], many of which are controlled by diet, exercise, sex, environment, thought, etc.
There are two types of ear infections, inflammation [otitis]: external and internal. Otitis externa, also known as the swimmer's ear, affects the outer ear. It is usually caused by an infection of the upper respiratory tract. Otitis media affects the middle ear [behind the eardrum] and is common in infants and children. The eustachian tube [connecting the nasopharynx and middle ear] and the auditory tube [attaching the ear to the back of the nasal cavity] regulate air pressure, temperature and humidity. Low pressure, colder temperatures tend to increase moisture, moisture in the ears, especially for young children, babies. Excessive moisture, water in the ear canal and eustachian tube may accumulate, stagnate and fester, attract and feed bacteria and viruses that can inflame and pressurize the ear, causing earache: sharp, dull or sputum The pain of the movement, the feeling of fullness of the ears is high [up to 103 degrees Fahrenheit]. High altitudes or lower temperatures increase discomfort and infection.
The ear [connected to the nasal cavity] is vulnerable to cold or wet external or internal attacks. The cold, moist air flutters in the wind, easily penetrating the nose, mouth and ears. In extreme cases, this tends to cause the ears to condense. Condensation. In nature, winter cooling cools the water in the air, hardens and condenses into rain, snow and ice. In the body, condensation condenses liquids such as lungs, nose, throat, sinuses, mouth, ears, etc. into water, mucus and sputum. Bacteria and viruses thrive in stagnant water-like media [mucus, sputum, cysts, urine, etc.] before inflammation and infection.
Middle ear infections are common in children. Children are often weak because they are still developing. This weakness, lack of energy, makes them more susceptible to cold and moisture, external and internal influences.
Internally, the body is heated by digestion, circulation, exercise, etc., all of which are heated by blood, nutrients, proteins and fats. Protein and fat build and fuel all structures and functions.
Digestion is the main source of heat in the body. The heat from digestion naturally increases to the lungs, throat, mouth, nose, sinuses and ears, heating and drying.
The lungs [including the throat, nose, sinuses, etc.] are naturally damp. Moisture, water promotes gas exchange [oxygen, carbon dioxide, etc.]. Too much or too little will weaken the exchange, thereby disturbing the breath, or causing infection, inflammation and the like.
Indigestion [common in children] produces less heat, causing a drop in temperature, followed by cooling and moisturization [water, mucus and sputum] of the lungs, nose, and throat. In nature, the cold temperatures of the night, thickening at night and hardening the water in the air into the morning dew. In the winter, the cold temperatures thicken and the water in the air turns into rain, snow and ice. In the body, the colder temperature thickens, making the water in the lungs, nose, and throat harder and entering the mucus and sputum.
Low protein, low fat [milk, yogurt, cheese, beans, nuts and seeds] and high carbohydrate diet, extreme, weak, cool and dilute digestion [acid, enzyme], elimination [lean], breathing [mucus, sputum , ear [water, infection, infection], immunity [the tendency to catch a cold], etc. Milk and cereals are cold, as is orange juice. Hot cereal with a little cinnamon or ginger is warmer, building.
Recommended for the intermediate diet, the meal plan includes spices [cumin, coriander fennel, chili, ginger, etc.]. Do security guards need martial arts?
Without martial arts training, security personnel will be better
Imagine going to the interview and being asked to fight with two other people in the office to prove that you are good enough for the job. This is how security guards used to work in club security. Club managers need to know that you can handle it yourself and protect customers by abandoning drunkenness.
