The secret of feng shui and fate

The Chinese believe that the universe is formed by five primitive elements, namely fire, earth, metal, water and wood, which rule the feng shui and fate. The famous physicist Stephen Hawking subscribes to the view in his article "Is everything OK?", that is, everything in the universe is subject to the ruleset. In the East, they call it Feng Shui and fate itself.

From this perspective, the Chinese people believed in this worldview long time ago. It can be agreed that the universe must follow a set of rules. Man, as a small part of the universe [destiny], consists of five elements and is also bound by this fixed rules and order.

BAZI [Understanding Destiny] - The Secret of Metaphysics in Ancient China

Stephen Hawking, ' Is everything ok? ' is consistent with the secrets of ancient Chinese metaphysics [destiny]!

The origin of Bazi [Destiny-Reading] is attributed to the scholar Li Xuzhong [A.D 618-907]. This was carried out by Xu Ziping in the Song Dynasty [A.D 960-1279]. This ancient Chinese art is derived from I-Ching or the "God" used for fate-reading. It is based on the same principles, using fate - reading and Feng Shui's 5 original elements. Through the twists and turns of its civilization, the fate of this Chinese system - reading and feng shui has been used for thousands of years.

It can be said with certainty that Destiny Reading has shaped the cultural customs and philosophy of the Chinese, just as Confucianism shaped the character and thoughts of the Chinese people and the Chinese people. In ancient times, the Chinese sought their fate and wealth and traveled to the big temples to reveal their fate to the readers of the Master of Destiny. In other words, consulting a fortune teller is a common practice and part of Chinese culture.

The Chinese believe that the universe is produced from five primitive elements. The famous physicist Stephen Hawking subscribes to the view in his article "Is everything OK?", that is, everything in the universe is subject to the ruleset. From this perspective, the Chinese people believed in this worldview long time ago. It can be agreed that the universe must follow a set of rules. Human beings are a small part of the universe, composed of five elements, and subject to such fixed rules and order. Therefore, we believe that the destiny and destiny of mankind are determined by the "universal invisible power."

Until recently, most destiny and Feng Shui masters only spoke Chinese. The emergence of a new master who is proficient in the English language has opened up this fascinating fortune-telling system for the entire English world. The Internet provides access and delivery of Destiny and Feng Shui systems on a global scale with the push of a button.

The question here is, is our wealth really determined from our birth?

The answer is yes, no!

Even if our destiny is fixed, we should not do anything, we should do more to achieve our goals!

This is a lot of opportunities in the world. We only need a clear mindset to determine what we want to do. There are only two people, creators and doers in this world... We will leave this topic in the next discussion.

Tai Chi is still one of the healthiest martial arts forms in the world.

For many Chinese, the practice of Tai Chi or Tai Chi for decades is still a daily ritual, which is well-founded. Slow movements and careful exercise provide a wealth of health benefits, from calming the busy mind to relieving the daily stress of the body.

Tai Chi was originally used for self-defense and fighting, and is now mainly used for exercise and relaxation. It is usually associated with a circular, black and white yin and yang symbol, representing the Taoist philosophy of harmony between yin and yin [female and accept] and yang [male and active]. Through its elegant and organized movement, Tai Chi helps practitioners to achieve a balance between yin and yang in their bodies, thereby improving the flow of vital energy or life energy - which is considered by Chinese medicine to be vital to health.

The basic practice of Tai Chi is the performance of a series of actions, which together form a "form", each action has a name, such as Baohu Ghost Mountain, or "Bring the Tiger to the Mountain." Breathing and posture play a key role - the goal is to breathe slowly and deeply through the nose while keeping the back and head upright. This helps to induce the body to enter a state of tranquility, meditation, which is an antidote to stress, fatigue and overwork.

"In the practice of Taiji, the body balance has always been emphasized," said Rukai, a Taijiquan teacher at the Capital Institute of Physical Education. "When you experience a psychological problem, your body will show signs of this kind of stress. Practice Tai Chi will ease your inner tension and troubles."

Although the exact origin of Tai Chi is still unclear, its origins are often attributed to Zhang Sanfeng, a Taoist monk from Wu San Temple. According to the records of the Ming Dynasty, he lived during 1391-1459. According to legend, Zhang once saw the struggle between snakes and cranes, and was impressed by the way snakes can escape their larger, more powerful opponents. Using his previous martial arts and Taoist breathing training, he continued to create a form of martial arts that echoes the balance of snakes, flexibility and speed.

From these simple beginnings more than five centuries ago, Tai Chi has evolved into a series of complex styles, from energetic to gentle. The two most famous todays are Chen and Yang's style; Chen adopts a more explosive and rigorous form, and Yang - the style that is commonly used today - is characterized by soft, unconstrained movements.

The most important thing is to find a quiet time and place to practice. The best time to practice a gentle form of Tai Chi is between 4 and 6 in the morning.

The world in the tune - the power of ancient music

Music has power. Bring us into the heroes of the battle, comfort the sadness, communicate with the younger children, and reach the power of our sacred things in almost all religions. This power has been recognized and explored in our history. In the ancient worlds of China, India, Egypt, Sumer and Greece before the common era, it was called music, it controlled the celestial body, it is called music, it brings creativity into existence, it is called Music, it is cured, it is called the music that forms this character. Ancient people lived in the Eden Music Park.

History sings in myths and poems. We can translate most of the old languages, but most of the feelings and meanings of the humming conveyed are hidden from us. Listening to the emotional influence of Gilgamesh singing can help reveal the mythical thinking behind it. It may be necessary for Jung to talk about myths in the field of psychology or Joseph Campbell to start thinking about meaning. Or can we simply think of Homer as a fact, like the imaginative fanatic Schliman, and really discover Troy?

Music is related to the government and society. One of the primary duties of the ancient Chinese emperor was to discover the sound of infiltration into the world. This tone becomes the basis for all other note adjustments. Even the weight and size of his rule is adjusted to correspond to the appropriate musical sound. It depends on the prosperity of his rule and the satisfaction of his people. Music is seen as a regulating factor between heaven and earth.

Music is inherent in religious beliefs, and in ancient India it was considered a sacred origin. Before the world was created, a ubiquitous voice rang in space. For the ancient Chinese, the laws of music were part of the cosmic order, thus affecting the universe. Plato said, "...In Egypt, they have a tradition that their ancient carols have been preserved for many years and are the composition of the goddess Isis..." [Law]. Many ancient gods and goddesses play musical instruments. Hermes was recognized for inventing the instruments played by Apollo.

Music refers to education "...is said to be enough to show that music has the ability to form this role, which should have been introduced to the education of young people..." from Aristotle, Political Science .

Music is related to mathematics and the cosmic order of the universe. In China, India, Egypt, Sumer/Babylon and Greece, the precise adjustment of musical events is crucial. The proportion of finding these intervals has been recorded in detail

For centuries, the proportion of music to the mathematical correspondence of the universe has attracted great thinkers. Johannes Kepler presents the melody of Earth, Moon, Mars, Saturn, Jupiter Venus and Mercury in his world harmony. Recently, Einstein claimed that his discovery came from music in the same tradition.

We can continue with other aspects of ancient life that are directly related to music, but this paper is too short and the history is too long to do so. To what extent do we come from the values that put the music department in the Chinese Imperial Palace.

But today there is a different kind of music assessment wake up. Amazing scientific research shows how sound actually affects different states of consciousness. Many organizations sponsor research on the impact of music on the brain. In the past decade, this research has undoubtedly been helped by music educators. We see music therapy as an increasingly important profession. People with many diseases such as dementia are getting help through music. Patients who have lost all their memories can sing the complete song of the lyrics. I am reminded of the ancient bards that exist in parts of Asia and Africa. These incredible raconteurs memories, filled with songs and carols, stories and legends to fill our library shelves. Thanks to these storytellers, we have the Vedas, Mahabharata, the epic of Gilgamesh, the Iliad and the Odyssey. We don't have the names of these bards, except one: Homer.

The story from Iamblichus, Cicero, Plutarch, Quintilian and others tells how Pythagoras healed his body and mind through music. Fortunately for us, someone is willing to study how to do this. The late Dr. Alfred Tomatis used the power of sound to help open the way to healing. In his book "The Conscious Ear," he tells how he helped to cure the monks of the Benedictine monastery. The order decided to change their daily routines to make them more in line with the modern world. One thing they abandoned was to chanting every day. The monks soon became ill, and some were very serious. Dr. Tomatis was asked to come to the monastery to find out the problem. After studying this situation, he resumed the habit of chanting and the monks recovered their health.

One of the more exciting phenomena that suddenly appeared today is the drumming circle. High-tech people from all walks of life are gathering together. Based on the common misunderstanding of music in the historical time frame we are discussing, there is an interesting aspect - the ancients stood in circles and beat drums, sticks and rocks to make music.

We are always talking about new ideas and careers. But these views are very close to the real old concept. In some ways, we are closer to the views of the ancient world than to our many more recent views. I believe that children should tell them that many of their ancient people know the way and reason of music, and their discovery is part of a rich musical history. What's important is that the children think they are the heirs of the treasures of knowledge, and the treasure is waiting for them to discover it.

Historically, music plays a vital role in education. If the first problem is a balanced curriculum rather than a balanced budget, education can make a huge leap.

No matter what music is music is the art of mathematics, large-scale law reflects the harmony of the universe; Egypt's microscopic view, reflecting and influencing social and personal laws, is under investigation. However, the ability of music to touch us is real, and this reality has been known for a long time.

Broken Feng Shui project should be replaced

Feng Shui treatments or enhancers are accustomed to suppressing bad gas or encouraging good to visit. At the Flying Star School, the project needs to be moved annually and monthly to properly complete the necessary changes. The annual problem should always be resolved first, and then the problem of small Taijiquan should be solved. Used to take care of the pain of the month.

One thing that is rarely involved in an item is a broken or broken object. First, keeping any damaged items is considered bad chi. Standard examples involve clothes: if you have holes in your clothes and the seals are no longer effective, you can get rid of them. The same principle applies to damaged feng shui items. The most important are the protective treatments.

For things like 5-element pagodas, bells, crystals and celestial gods, chips or broken limbs are thought to indicate that you are protected by this object. In essence, it has brought you a blow to save you from some disaster. Although those who don't understand this may be scornful, those of us who have suffered tremendously from the bad weather of the unfortunate star ensure that we are fully protected. As mentioned in the previous article on this topic, "I don't even know what the Meteor released, but they got me anyway."

Some practitioners of Meteor Feng Shui have had strange things in these protective therapies. People who can feel the subtle energy can immediately know that energy is getting better. Things as simple as hanging a wind chime on the axis of a bad star can brighten and make the area comfortable. Similarly, used to replace damaged or repaired cured materials; energy rises immediately, just from

feel
from

 better.

Even if a person has not practiced feng shui, certain protective jewellery items may be hit by the wearer. This is especially true for crystal products of the new era. Once you wear the crystal protection engraving and it will be exploded by dust when you wear it, you will understand. Since items belonging to others may still carry energy, it is also a good idea to clean all items before use. Salt can be wiped on the item, or it can be stained with a cool sage leaf, or placed in a bowl of salt in the sun for a few days, or placed in the flame of a candle, or any other traditional Cleaning method.

For feng shui practitioners, all treatments and enhancers are cleaned every year and then placed in new directions. Some should be replaced; of course any damaged person. Broken objects should be respected, not just discarded in the trash. They can be buried, burned or thrown into the sea, because the owner thanks it to prevent some despicable events from happening. In any case, whether old or new, the new year needs new energy, so there are enough treatments to allow some rest in the storage area, and the new year is acceptable next year, which is good.

Obedience and martial arts

In the past few decades, obedience has become a bad representative. It seems to be an outdated term that means obeying strict orders and decrees, whether they make sense or oppressive submission. Many parents have given up on expecting their children to "obey" because they fear to suppress their self-respect. Why, obedience seems to be so consistent in martial arts, and its practice is becoming more and more popular in your opinion?

Martial Arts: War Skills

When you consider the origin of martial arts, it seems more natural to insist on obedience. According to Oxford Dictionary The word "martial arts" means "war or fit". In fact, martial arts are fighting the sports that were previously used on the battlefield. We now learn and practice these skills of recreation, sports or fitness are ancient war skills.

In our modern army, the cornerstone of the new enrollment is obedience. Soldiers obey their boss's orders, not because they always want it, or that it is the best thing, or they agree with it, but because they already understand the importance of obedience. They must.

In times of war, obedience can mean the difference between victory and failure and between life and death. In battle, there is usually no time to stop and think about whether an order is a "good idea" or whether you agree with it in principle or in practice. You must obey without question. just now.

The rigorous level of military structure makes the process of obedience simple and clear. Lower level individuals accept and execute orders from higher level personnel. It is an orderly system that means both day-to-day operations and wartime. And, in most cases, it serves its purpose well.

Obey in the studio

Understanding the roots of military obedience helps to understand the role of obedience in today's martial arts. The basic principles articulated by many training centers and martial arts schools include the development of disciplines that are self-controlled, orderly, obedient and respectful. In fact, isn't martial arts itself often called "discipline" not very interesting?

Moreover, similar to the way the military organizes the way to promote obedience, the current practice of martial arts teaching is also true.

For example, the hierarchical structure of the training studio is directly dependent on Confucian perceptions of relationships. Obedience to the owner means respecting his or her status and achievements, recognizing that he or she knows better, has more experience and has authority over the students. The faculty members in the highest positions are there because they have the most responsible training and wisdom of the students. In return, students should undoubtedly give them respect and obedience. Without this, the ability of the master to teach and learn from the students will be greatly reduced. Moreover, in fact, even if a student does not show obedience to the owner or respect his classmates, the entire environment of the studio will be affected.

Obedience is for everyone

The lack of respect and obedience is not limited to martial arts training studios. Without obedience, we will fall into chaos and anarchy. We all have to be in the various and regular times of life, - our parents, teachers, supervisors and bosses, police and government officials, and others who have authority over us.

Sometimes we may not agree with the order, and sometimes we are not willing to listen, either for principle or for self. However, compliance with this directive may be critical to our immediate or long-term benefits. Sometimes the direction we provide may not make sense, but we should complain because it recognizes the authority of the person or the position of the order. In order to survive and develop, society must operate in an orderly manner; respect and obedience to authority are key components in maintaining this order.

in conclusion

Although most of us today are not in a state of life and death and need to obey authority blindly, there are many common situations that require compliance with another directive. The obedience courses taught by martial arts studios around the world are an excellent resource for children and adults. So, the next time you bow to your master, think about this obvious sign of respect, its origins, the basic principles of obedience, and what it can do. should In our modern world means

Modern and classic paper lantern light style

Paper lanterns are an excellent accessory for the interior and exterior of the house. This project has a long history, especially Japanese and Chinese. Today, paper lanterns are common throughout Asia. Other communities around the world are slowly copying this tradition. You can do the same thing. The advent of Internet technology makes it easy for everyone to get these lights. It doesn't matter which area you are in now. As long as you have internet access, you can buy a light. Traditionally, people can hang these lights or place them on the floor.

Therefore, the floor lamp is strictly used indoors. Hanging lanterns are mainly used for outdoor decoration. Now, users are willing to explore and they are looking for new ways to use these lights. Old-fashioned lights are usually round, square and oval. In our time, you can find anything you want, and if it's not available, you can buy custom styles. Another exciting detail about the New Age Lantern is the color. In the past, white and tan paper lanterns were very popular. At the moment, you can find very colorful paper lanterns and even exotic colors.

The design has also become unique. For example, Chinese calligraphy lovers have many choices. Everything depends on the theme of your wedding, as well as other anniversaries. If you really have a wedding reception, you can try "love" calligraphy. If you only want to buy a Christmas light, you can try the baby bottom, which is a Chinese-style lantern. A typical baby's bottom consists of small lights that are usually combined with other holiday lights. On the other hand, you can try classic paper lantern lights.

Classic styles often feature circles or balls. In ancient times, locals made red or white balls, although the latter appeared frequently because of their spiritual significance. Usually, the main role of lanterns is to provide illumination. Currently, these items are used for decoration because there are now lights everywhere. Japanese lanterns also have unique inscriptions. If you want to buy these products as soon as possible, you don't have to be confused. Just enter the exact item you're looking for on Google. Of course, search engines will return a lot of results. Please note that you can buy vintage paper lanterns that the Spaniards have used for a few years.

Unlike modern styles that use electricity or battery power, old fixtures and light sources are candles. The battery and electric style prevent fires from breaking out without a candle. Now that you know a lot about paper lanterns, the next thing to do is to buy. While you can still find lighting offline, it's a good idea to try the internet. Many of these products are reasonably priced. If you introduce these holiday paper lanterns to your home now, they will help you to have a memorable experience. Even your friends and relatives will thank you for your invitation and ask for more information about the lights. Since there are many classic paper styles, you can combine several or one at a time.

The earliest form of packaging

When sending gifts through the postal system, purchasing items from other parts of the country or sending necessities, we all believe that the packaging manufacturer will have the right materials and the postal system will provide our items.

Have you considered how to transport goods before designing polyurethane foam?

In ancient times, packaging materials came from natural materials and were very creative, but they were also very effective. Here are some examples:

Greek and Roman Amphoras
from

These are large ceramic containers, from 1500 BC to 500 AD, used to transport wine and other products throughout the Mediterranean, possibly the first "consumer packaging." Their shape is very different from modern packaging, but the development of shape and design makes it economical to produce and transport; it is no different from today's packaging.

In the early days of packaging in China, natural materials such as leaves, bamboo, lotus leaves, palm leaves, gourds, coconut shells, shells and animal skins were used. Later, man-made materials were used to include fabrics, ceramics, metal, lacquerware, woodware, jade and certain types of paper. It is worth noting that twelve sealed food cans were unearthed in Baoshan, Hubei Province in 316 BC. This is the first type of packaged food found. These cans are tightly sealed with multiple layers of material, such as straw mats, bamboo leaves and wet clay, which are then wrapped in silk.

Neolithic England
from

The earliest communities in the UK believed that the remaining food collected during hunting, fishing and food collection could be preserved for the longest period of time in order to be fully prepared for future food shortages. They use the leaves of the tree, the woven baskets and animal skins to store food. 3,500 years ago, the invention of the pottery wheel meant that the production of simple pottery jars became more complicated. These innovations mean that we can develop from a fever or famine life to social development. Recycling, entering an agricultural society, by effectively protecting in appropriate containers, can use food sources and maintain a continuous supply of food.

Early Egyptians
from

Early Egyptians contributed to the history of packaging, and they found that in terms of containers, the glass they invented for making jewelry could also be used well, including bottles, bowls and other containers for preserving food. Although barrels were invented in Egypt nearly 7,000 years ago, they became popular in the Middle Ages because they can be used to store various types of food, including liquids such as beer or wine, and are much more fragile than glass or pottery containers.

Today's packaging manufacturers have a large amount of material available to you to ensure you get the right materials for the goods you transport and the journey they should make.

Do you know that you are ready to assemble the cabinet details?

RTA cabinets can be used above and below the counter version to help save money. You may spend twice the amount to order cabinets. Before buying imported products, learn about branding, construction, wood quality and finishing.

Pay attention to these factors in the imported RTA cabinet.

• Target pleasing colors and finishes.
from

  • Manual finishing lasts longer than spraying.
from

  • It is best to avoid using cam locks and dado components.
from

  • Replace components that are easily made by local manufacturers.
from

  • Determine the quality and ask questions about breakage.

Some shopping tips
Regarding the hardware, make sure the sliding quality is good and lightly close. Does it have an automatic closing hinge? Ask about replacement and damage and how long it takes to receive new parts. American-made cabinets will be better and more convenient. If it is a shelf, there is no need to replace the entire cabinet. Finishing materials made in the United States are best because the imported materials are not well coated. Due to labor and materials, hand-wiping coatings are better, richer in depth and more costly.

Some imported RTAs do offer true dado components with fasteners and glue that can be tightened or nailed. What happens in time is the expansion and contraction of the wood and the start and exfoliation of the transfer. An American manufacturer offers dovetail technology, which means that separation does not occur after assembly.

Check the drawers and doors. Consider your preferences, such as a full overlay or embedded door. Do you have a specific color? If you want to finish, maybe you can buy an unfinished work? Chinese imports do not allow for all flexibility and domestic products may be better.

Will you buy Chinese RTA?
Why not go to China at an affordable price and fairly good standards? Buying the country does get rid of some concerns, such as getting replacement parts. However, many manufacturers in China are doing very well and their products are definitely worth buying. If you are a smart buyer, you know the advantages and problems of importing RTA. Purchase and understand accordingly. Ready to come out directly from the factory at a very low price.

Construction
Chinese cabinets are made of all plywood and are inexpensive. The design is easy to assemble. Avoid relying solely on cam locks and use glue to increase strength. The style of 6 to 8 doors and the few finishes that are commonly available are very cheap. Mixing and matching is impossible. The choice of door color is limited and there are no glass doors. The common wood is Russian birch. Shop with confidence.

Industrial Shredder - Is it worth investing?

When you need to be able to smash a lot of paper to prevent others from seeing sensitive materials. Then it is worth investing in industrial shredders. Like other types of shredders, they cut paper into strips or small pieces.

Although some models of these machines require only a small amount of space, usually these machines require a lot of space due to their size. In addition, they generate more noise than traditional models, so they need to be located where they don't bother others. Therefore, in many cases, these machines are usually located in the office or in the room, nothing else.

Yes, these machines can smash 100 to 200 pages of documents at any time. If you want them to work effectively at all times, they need to be properly cared for.

In addition, for industrial shredders, if you combine it with a dust extraction and packaging system, it will work more efficiently. The installation of the extraction system provides a cleaner working environment and helps remove dust from the mechanism that cuts the paper into the desired pieces. As for the baking system, this is useful because it puts the paper in a compact bale, so the space required to deposit the paper box is small.

For any item you are considering purchasing, when it comes to industrial shredders for paper cutting, you should do some research on the various models available. In this way, you can determine which model has the various features to best meet your specific crushing requirements.

When you look at the various models, consider the sensitivity of the material on the paper you are working with. If you think it's very sensitive, choose a model that smashes the paper into a very fine.

Yes, models that use a cross-cutting mechanism to cut paper into small pieces require less space because the debris deposited in the answer box can be compressed more and at a higher cost. However, when it comes to industrial shredders, it takes less but takes up more space when cutting paper into strips. However, it is actually much easier to take care of this form of shredder; in fact, they require much lower levels of maintenance than other maintenance.

Qigong protection is full of energy

According to Merriam-Webster online, "qigong" is an ancient Chinese healing art involving meditation, breathing control and exercise exercises. Later in this article, I will give you a qigong standing meditation that will enable you to improve your energy protection from unnecessary external influences [whether physical, emotional, mental or spiritual].

Qi is a term with no English equivalent. Qi's Chinese characters look like rice in a pot of boiling pot, and the steam is lifting the lid of the pot. This gives us an idea of the quality of the alignment. Qi provided the same, just like rice. It is also as active as steam and moves up. It is hard to forgive like steam. Therefore, although Qi is usually considered to be "energy", it is a bad translation because Qi is a really rare form of matter. The word Gong [in kung fu] means "achievement", "technique" or "work". Therefore, Qigong is only "cooperating with Qi".

If you feel an energy attack other than yourself, Qigong practice should help. It may be that you work in an environment where you are infected with an airborne infection, such as a cold or flu. Maybe you have a boss or colleague who invades your sense of space and personal boundaries. Maybe you work with the public and are subject to customer whimsy and verbal [or other] attacks. In all of these cases, the unnecessary energy of "attacking" people can find you because you have not found an energy barrier. The Qigong exercises listed below will build a gas barrier around you through daily practice so that you no longer accept this unnecessary energy from others.

So, needless to say, I present to you any martial arts meditation, as follows:

1. When standing, your feet are slightly higher than the shoulder width, with your feet facing forward and parallel to each other.

2. Bend your knees slightly so you can reach a firm and comfortable position. If you do this correctly, you can still look down and see your feet coming from your knees.

3. Tilt the pelvis forward to make the spine longer and flatten.

4. Let the arms hang loosely on both sides of the body with the palms facing inward. Your armpit should have a small space [egg size].

5. Relax your shoulders and let them sink.

6. The chest is sunken and relaxed [in contrast to the "military posture", the chest is pushed out].

7. Imagine your head being hung up high by a thread. Tilt the chin to the chest to further lengthen the spine.

8. Close your mouth and gently place the tip of the tongue where the upper jaw meets the teeth.

9. Breath through the nose. Abdominal breathing is used to allow the lower abdomen to inhale and contract, and to contract when exhaling. Take a deep breath at a comfortable speed [slower, better].

10. Close your eyes or keep them just slightly open, and the gaze is not fixed on anything specific.

11. Imagine the golden egg around you.

Imagine a red mist in your heart that is sprayed in front of you. This red fog turned into a phoenix. Think of the phoenix as a lively, active, playful animal that connects with your heart. Let this animal stay in front of you.

13. Next, imagine a dark blue or black mist that sticks out of your kidneys, forming a huge turtle shape that covers your back. Imagine this turtle is a lively, active, and interesting animal connected to your kidneys. Let this animal stay behind you.

14. Next, imagine the white mist from your lungs, then move to the right to become a white tiger. Imagine this white tiger is a lively, active, and interesting animal that is connected to your lungs. Leave this animal on your right.

15. Next, imagine the blue-green mist that emanates from your liver and form a dragon on your left side. Imagine this dragon is a lively, active, and interesting animal that is connected to your liver. Leave this animal on your left.

16. Keep the visualization of these 4 animals around you for a few seconds.

17. Let the animal move now and move the position counterclockwise.

18. This movement is getting faster and faster until everything you see is blurred in color around you.

19. Inhale and lift your arm and "collect" all these rotating colors. Let all 5 colors of energy enter your head. Let the animals and colors return to your inner organs [gold = spleen, red = heart, black = kidney, white = lung, blue green = liver].

20. Take a few deep breaths and slowly open your eyes and let yourself return to the sober world.

It has it all! Considering some exercises, the time required to achieve this meditation should not exceed 2-5 minutes. Practiced so much, I can finish it almost instantly. This is one of the tools I use to stay in good shape in busy clinical practice. I don't want to bear the energy or disease of my patient. I feel very strongly that this Qigong exercise helps me stay healthy, I hope it will help you too!

The cultural significance of bamboo forest

Perhaps no other plant can have important cultural significance to human beings like bamboo. Bamboo is part of the grass family and is characterized by rapid growth and long life, with multiple uses in many areas. Although it is widely known as a building material as a culinary ingredient and a source of purified water, few people understand the cultural importance of bamboo. If you want to know the importance of this plant in culture and history, you may want to read this article. Specifically, we will see its role in traditional medicine as a respected plant in its associated legends and symbols.

Although bamboo is grown and used around the world, it is very popular in Asia, and it is not only an important part of the economy, but also a part of culture. Some of its unique qualities, such as its longevity and strong upright position, are related to longevity, hard work and honesty, and are therefore symbolized as the exercise everyone should have. In Indian culture, bamboo is called a symbol of friendship, and the Japanese think it is sacred and build temples around bamboo shoots, believing it blocks evil.

Bamboo is also an important medicinal plant used in traditional Indian and Chinese medicine. In addition to curing infections, it is known to cure respiratory diseases and is also a source of protein for nutrition. Before the invention of paper, bamboo strings were stringed together as a writing surface. Even now, many industries use bamboo to make paper. Bamboo is very popular in China, has written several poems and folktales, and has drawn paintings, all of which revolve around the plant. In fact, many legends in Buddhism, Chinese and Indian culture associate human birth with bamboo shoots.

As a nutrient-rich plant, bamboo, especially its photographing, is also part of the food of Buddhism and Chinese. Bamboo is also the core of Vietnamese culture and it is considered a symbol of the life cycle. This simple but powerful plant is also widely used to make weapons. Historical documents document the ancient weapons of Japan and India, such as swords, spears, sticks and bows, all made of bamboo, and there are still martial arts practiced with such weapons.

Bamboo has always been part of history and tradition, especially in Asia, where its presence in food, medicine, building materials and textiles makes it an extremely important part of Asian culture.

Korean story, part 24

South Korea in 1860. The United States is caught in a civil war. In France, these were the Napoleonic era. In South Korea, a series of wars and dictator types and other crises have not yet ended. We are following the history of Mr. Hulbert and Mr. Oliver...

The political plot of the royal family. The last isolationist king, Cholchong, passed away. The queen of the Queen Mother, Zhao, asked the king's seal from the present queen and gave the king of Korea the Mingbo. This was in 1864.

We may add that Queen Cho is the enemy of Roman Catholicism.

At the same time, the king's father, Prince Tawun or Tawungun [later "Taewongun"], as the regent, became the real power of the land. Some people say that he is a great politician and others are instigators. Others are just strong murders. Oliver claimed that he was one of the most capable and determined politicians of the Joseon Dynasty during the 500 years. "A Machiavelli, a conspiracy master, is generally a competent manager... I hope to return completely to traditional Confucianism... Strict isolationism... The private school that was bred by the revolution... strengthened the court... more taxes... prohibiting the import of British textiles and Western goods..."

But he made two mistakes: he decided to use force to maintain Romanism, and he advocated that South Korea should not receive treatment.

He soon became the daughter of the king's uncle, an orphan named Min Chirok, the queen. The move aims to help make you stronger by replacing the Queen's mother's "Cho" clan members. He believes that orphans without adult support will not be able to establish their own court facts. But he underestimated the "Queen Min", now known throughout the country. She assembled a Min clan who dominated the court.

In 1866, Russians landed and wanted to trade. They were told that South Korea always signed a contract with Beijing on this type of issue. The Roman Catholic leaders suggested that South Korea and the [Catholic] France and Britain form an alliance to get rid of Russia. But Regent said no. He said no in a rather unique way. He plans to publicly implement all French practices.

Later that year, General Sherman easily entered the port on the Tadong River, allegedly for trade. The captain was told, "No, thank you!" and ordered backup and postponement. But the general continued to move forward. Near Pyongyang, the vessel with more fate has fallen into a quagmire. At this moment, some Koreans burned it and destroyed the ship and many passengers. Many unfortunate survivors were seen as citizens killed.

General Sherman's anchor chain is still in Pyongyang, which is North Korea's determination to be independent of the world, cooperation... and a modern symbol of success.

The persecution of the Roman Catholic Church continues. That is to say, the persecution of the Romans, not the other way around, is the norm for many centuries. France decided to attack North Korea. After all, they have occupied China. French ships passed through the Han River in central Seoul, where the city panicked and a quarter of the population immediately exported.

With the arousal of religious politics, orders were issued. Only after the initial trial, all "Christians" will be executed.

Then, Japan was invited to defend South Korea. Although this is a dream adventure for that country, it will soon be there, but there is no response. The truth is that, like the United States, Japan is close to civil war.

The French occupied the island of Kangwha, but that was what they did. The country that bypassed China was completely stopped by South Korea!

It is clear that the persecution of the Roman Catholic Church continues. There must be other striped believers involved. Maybe 8,000 people were killed? They were starved to death and frozen to death. In September 1868, the Christians died in 2000.

We will rejoin this history in the next decade... There are many thoughts and prayers here. A form of Christianity was destroyed because its Roman leader wanted to rule with a sword. Total shame and failure. But where is the rebirth? Where are the believers of this period? Where are they today?

Please pray with me that the Korean peninsula will breathe fresh air, and only the Spirit of God can be released.

The ancestral tradition of genital typing - Is size really important?

Have you ever wondered why some men and women are better integrated than others?

Now, when I say fit, I actually mean the genital fit. I know this may sound a little cliché, but not only the size is different, but also the smell, taste, color and shape of the human genitals.

Entering female and male genitals in India and Taoist culture is part of the Tantric tradition. In the classical Indian text, women are divided into four different types, which are the traditions maintained in the Tantric era. In the Taoist tradition, there are similar classification systems even in some Native American tribes.

Hindus not only classify women's yoni types, but also classify male sex organs. The value of input genitalia varies from culture to culture, but it is believed that by defining different types of yoni and lingam, one can understand the sexual preference of such people for sex. For lingam and yoni, tightly matching the dimensions is also considered important for sexual compatibility. In the Hindu tradition, there are three types of yoni and lingam; men's hares, bulls and horses, women's deer, mares and elephants. Animal names are often used because nature is a good way to identify certain features, even if they don't match humans.

The Taoist system seems to be a patriarchal for me because they like young virgins higher than other women, thus limiting their typing system.

But I found the Cherokee Indian genital typing system to be very accurate, to help understand the differences between men and women, and how to please each different type of libido.

Sweet Medicine Quodoushka is a form of Tantra that is said to have been developed by the Cherokee Indians, but it is primarily directed by the Cherokee Indian medical scientist Harley Swift Deer. Harley Swift Deer founded the Metis Deer Tribe, a complete Native American teaching that also includes sex.

Many years ago, when I first started studying Tantra with Lori Grace, I learned about the Cherokee Indian Tantric system and its genital type. It was a revelation for me at the time, and the information I received seemed to be very accurate. In this system, there are 9 types of males and females, which are placed on the medicine wheel.

There are 5 basic types, then 4 combinations, and a total of 9 types can be generated. For women, there are deer, wolf, buffalo, sheep and dance. For men, there are bears, coyotes, deer, horses and dances. But a person can have a combination of a dancing man and a bear man, or I like to call this type a dancing bear. Or a woman can be either a sheep or a Buffalo woman. This means she has two types of combined features. In my experience, when teaching this information at a seminar, women are very familiar with the characteristics identified in the system. Male and female characteristics include: the size of the penis or vagina, the taste of the liquid, the smell, the distance between the vaginal opening and the clitoris, the lubrication and position of the G-Spot, the temperature of the liquid, the type of her/his possible exercise, the male and female Both sexes, the time it takes for a man to reach orgasm and the type of orgasm they may have. [There are four types of climax in this system.] This system is so accurate that it is the main system I used when I was teaching.

So you may ask yourself now, what is the impact of studying this information on me? The main reason to study this problem again is that you will be a better lover of your partner. The more information about a person's sexual characteristics, the better your equipment as a lover. I also found that when you understand the different characteristics of creating harmony and compatibility, you will be able to choose a fan with these characteristics or find other ways to make it work.

An example is the myth that all women like large forest teeth. Ok, I am here to destroy this myth, because a woman without a dark yoni, such as a wolf or a Buffalo woman, would not feel that the horse is very suitable. But she may find a perfect dancer. The wolf woman has a rare waterfall yoni, not very deep, about 6 inches. Therefore, a forest of about 6-7 years old dancers is perfect. So this information is very useful and can help you understand why some people are better integrated than others. Accept what you give instead of judging it.

In many indigenous cultures, including the Cherokee Indians, both men and women experienced an enlightenment before they assumed their place as a man or woman in the community. These men have a fire woman as their guide, women are fire men, teach them many relationships and family skills, including how to love five basic gender types. This may take several years, and once completed, the person can get married.

Today, we no longer use these skills as part of our adult preparation. Therefore, by spending time learning Tantra and understanding different sexual characteristics will provide you with training that you missed as a young male or female. Today, we must do this for ourselves.

As a teacher of Tantric, I found that you will never know about it in terms of sexual desire. There will always be new discoveries, explorations and tastings on the sex stage. I encourage all of you to take the time to learn more about yourself and your partner's preferences.

Learning how to be a skilled, ingenious and heartfelt lover is not only a gift for yourself, but also a gift for a man or woman you choose to work with. You may not want to learn how to please all kinds of men or women, but knowing what type of you and your partner will expand your sex education and increase your happiness. I always say that you will never learn how to be a great lover.

Nik Douglas and Penny Slinger found some good resources for genital typing in Sexual Secrets.

Whose house does the secret voice of Yudi fly from?

This provocative poem celebrates the heavenly voice, captures the soul, captures the human soul, and embraces a respectable voice, that is, music is the sacred voice of the angel.

Although this seems to be in jeopardy, if it does, then... Is it not true that poetry can be heard throughout the sky?

In a good example, Li Bai's outstanding voice and the incalculable spirit of meaning,
from

  ...what our respected poet wrote,

From which room the secret voice of the jade flute came from,

It is lost... in the wind filled with Luoyang City.

However, in the middle of the night I remember to hear the willow rest.

Then... no one will have feelings for his home.

The secret voice of Luoyang City is lost

This poem may be another bittersweet moment in the life of our long lost poet, reminiscent of all the sweet voices that may enhance the human spirit... and release all the natural rhythms that can soothe the troubled soul.

It is worth noting that the voice of heaven may have an impact on the minds of our poets...
from

This is an ancient Chinese city of Luoyang.

Located in Henan Province in northeastern China, Luoyang is the main cultural center of Li Bai's life.

As an ancient city, Luoyang is not only a place full of poetic inspiration, but also a place that stimulates a series of musical expressions.

In Luoyang, like other major cultural centers, music is usually played on solo instruments or small orchestras. This traditional music includes ancient instruments of various styles, including stringed instruments, flutes, cymbals, cymbals and drums.

Among these instruments, the flute has a special meaning, because the discovery of the ancient bone flute indicates that Chinese traditional music may have a history of 7,000 to 8,000 years.

In poetry, during the Gaotang era, Li Bai's life was also a very important period.

Many poems in the Tang Dynasty have become a very important part of China's vast cultural reservoirs, including Luoyang, a city that Li Bai and Du Fu are said to meet.

The meeting between these two respected poets is still of great significance to Chinese culture.

The poetry describing these very important meetings not only adds an extra dimension to a series of impressive poems, but also brings another human element to a series of incomparable, profound and extensive poetry.

Broken Willow Sound

However, in other examples of Li Bai's work, the difference between "listening to the flute in the spring night in Luoyang" is that when he describes the special relationship between rhythm, meaning and sound, he seems to feel unique happiness.

Perhaps the typical elements of poetry, ... rhythm, meaning and sound.... In this special case, weaving into an extraordinary rhyme.... This may make thoughts think about the existence of heaven... ...even the sacred voice of an angel... floating in a big black sky.

At the same time, these compelling rhythms may make a curious person... begin to break his flight... to achieve the natural rhythm that may exist, ... only. .....On Earth.

When we consider the essence of this sad, melancholy poem, it is very interesting to consider the meaning of Li Bai's "breaking the willow tree".

Because the willow tree is an important symbol in our voice. In his highly acclaimed "Old Pavilion", its works are also slightly different.

In a work that may be described as gentle and sad, Li Bai describes the emotional pain of bidding farewell to another... faithful friend.

Regarding the "green willow" and the departure of a true brother, ... he ended in a sad, ironic tone, "this is no longer green."

So... who won't start feeling about his home?

The broken willow is a symbol of sadness, similar to a broken heart, which of course is a question that needs further consideration.

When we consider Li Bai's life, there is no doubt that many decisive twists and turns may have been paralyzed in the depths of the poet. mind.

These incidents included the complex birth of the Central Asian steppe, the divorce of his first wife and two children, and the subsequent imprisonment of Prince Li Lin.

Li Lin was the political opponent of the emperor in the late Gaotang period. However, as a competitor, he was unable to seize power during political turmoil.

Although each of these events may have contributed to the poet. The spirit of the world's exhaustion, there is no doubt that Li Bai's growth in the years of Jiang Oil has at least some influence on his early development.

Located in Sichuan Province in southeastern China, Jiangyou has many beautiful peaks and unique caves that will inspire the poet's interest. Appreciate nature early. Sichuan is surrounded by Tibet, Qinghai, Gansu, Yunnan, Guizhou and Hunan. It is believed that Li Bai travels in many southwestern and central parts of China and in nearby Kyrgyzstan.

Italian shoes made in China

Most of us don't associate "Made in China" with luxury brands or designer brands, but the more fancy Italian shoes you like are actually produced in China. You may not find such a label in your shoes.

Especially in the current economic market, sales of luxury goods have fallen sharply, and some designer brands are suffering. One of the most effective ways to reduce costs is to move the business base overseas, and China is one of the most attractive markets for opening stores.

The fact that "American" or "European" shoes are made in China is not a secret. Nike has long been associated with "Made in China" shoes; in fact, about one-third of Nike sneakers carry the "Made in China" label. For designer brands like Chanel, Prada and Armani, this compromise is even more tricky, and these brands have already implemented the brand's success in the "European Craftsmanship". One of the reasons someone might spend an extra $300 to buy Prada shoes is that they want a handmade European watch. They want to believe that what they buy is a real offer - Italian leather shoes are built by people who know and love the art of making shoes, not by Chinese factory workers.

So which companies have jumped to all continents? Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, Bally and Prada, just to name a few brands. But not all of these companies are willing to promote this new operating base. In fact, in some of these shoes you will find a "Made in Italy" label, perhaps a "Made in China" label. This can be attributed to some very flexible labeling laws that establish the labeling of the product at the final point of production. Therefore, shoes made in China will have leather soles in Italy and Voila! Shoes are legally made in Italy.

This is not to say that the quality of these shoes is now worse than when they were produced in Europe. Claiming that Chinese workers are fast and accurate. In other words, they are able to produce the same high quality shoes in less time and with less money.

According to Giorgio Bonacarso, a chemical supplier that sells products to Chinese factories producing Italian shoes - nine out of ten high-end Italian shoe companies now produce at least some shoes in China. Consumers, you may not know this, because designer brands are afraid to rebound and lose the image that first makes them stand out from the packaging.

Ear infection and Chinese medicine

The following is based on traditional Chinese medicine [TCM]. TCM is based on the observation that everything is a combination of opposites: yin [cold, clean] and yang [heat, building], many of which are controlled by diet, exercise, sex, environment, thought, etc.

There are two types of ear infections, inflammation [otitis]: external and internal. Otitis externa, also known as the swimmer's ear, affects the outer ear. It is usually caused by an infection of the upper respiratory tract. Otitis media affects the middle ear [behind the eardrum] and is common in infants and children. The eustachian tube [connecting the nasopharynx and middle ear] and the auditory tube [attaching the ear to the back of the nasal cavity] regulate air pressure, temperature and humidity. Low pressure, colder temperatures tend to increase moisture, moisture in the ears, especially for young children, babies. Excessive moisture, water in the ear canal and eustachian tube may accumulate, stagnate and fester, attract and feed bacteria and viruses that can inflame and pressurize the ear, causing earache: sharp, dull or sputum The pain of the movement, the feeling of fullness of the ears is high [up to 103 degrees Fahrenheit]. High altitudes or lower temperatures increase discomfort and infection.

The ear [connected to the nasal cavity] is vulnerable to cold or wet external or internal attacks. The cold, moist air flutters in the wind, easily penetrating the nose, mouth and ears. In extreme cases, this tends to cause the ears to condense. Condensation. In nature, winter cooling cools the water in the air, hardens and condenses into rain, snow and ice. In the body, condensation condenses liquids such as lungs, nose, throat, sinuses, mouth, ears, etc. into water, mucus and sputum. Bacteria and viruses thrive in stagnant water-like media [mucus, sputum, cysts, urine, etc.] before inflammation and infection.

Middle ear infections are common in children. Children are often weak because they are still developing. This weakness, lack of energy, makes them more susceptible to cold and moisture, external and internal influences.

Internally, the body is heated by digestion, circulation, exercise, etc., all of which are heated by blood, nutrients, proteins and fats. Protein and fat build and fuel all structures and functions.

Digestion is the main source of heat in the body. Three meals a day activates the digestion of the stomach and small intestine [22 feet long], acid, enzymes and bile, which in turn produces heat, just like a car engine heats a car. The heat from digestion naturally increases to the lungs, throat, mouth, nose, sinuses and ears, heating and drying.

The lungs [including the throat, nose, sinuses, etc.] are naturally damp. Moisture, water promotes gas exchange [oxygen, carbon dioxide, etc.]. Too much or too little will weaken the exchange, thereby disturbing the breath, or causing infection, inflammation and the like.

Indigestion [common in children] produces less heat, causing a drop in temperature, followed by cooling and moisturization [water, mucus and sputum] of the lungs, nose, and throat. In nature, the cold temperatures of the night, thickening at night and hardening the water in the air into the morning dew. In the winter, the cold temperatures thicken and the water in the air turns into rain, snow and ice. In the body, the colder temperature thickens, making the water in the lungs, nose, and throat harder and entering the mucus and sputum.

Low protein, low fat [milk, yogurt, cheese, beans, nuts and seeds] and high carbohydrate diet, extreme, weak, cool and dilute digestion [acid, enzyme], elimination [lean], breathing [mucus, sputum , ear [water, infection, infection], immunity [the tendency to catch a cold], etc. Milk and cereals are cold, as is orange juice. Hot cereal with a little cinnamon or ginger is warmer, building.

Recommended for the intermediate diet, the meal plan includes spices [cumin, coriander fennel, chili, ginger, etc.]. Use spices in soups, stews, desserts, etc. Spices increase digestion and dryness: excess fluid: mucus, sputum, loose stools, edema, cellulite, etc. Ginger or cinnamon can be used for biscuits, desserts. Vegetables [carrots, yam] and fruits [apples, pineapples, etc.] can be used as sweeteners to reduce the craving for sugar. Cooked foods, soups, stews, protein and fat stimuli, warm body: lungs, digestive creatures such as milk, yogurt, cheese, ice cream, salads, tropical fruits, smoothies, smoothies and cold drinks to cool and moisturize the body.

Garlic or peppermint oil drops in the ear are usually used to dry and moist while fighting infection. Use ear cones and candles for the same reason. Put the candle in your ear and catch fire. As a cone, the candle burns, it absorbs moisture and makes the ears dry. There are different types of ear candles. A waxed ear candle may drop excess wax into your ear.

Feng Shui Tips for Home Office

Do you know that more than 50% of women now run their own home business or work from home? Take your compass out and find the following direction, because we will try to use the ancient objects to place the art - Feng Shui makes your things run more smoothly.

The ideal location for a home office is North [career], Southwest [Fortune], Northeast [Skills and Talent] or South [Honorary and Accreditation]. If possible, try to find you in one of the locations. Home office.

Here are some other general tips designed to bring prosperity to your business.

Always sit behind a solid wall to ensure your life is supported. Never sit next to the window behind you.

In the office, fax machines, phones and computers are always placed in the Southeast Fortune Department, as this will attract more contacts.

Place the table and see the door clearly. If this is not possible, hang a small mirror so you can easily see the reflection of the door.

Do not place the shelf on the table. This symbolizes the burden of the world being collapsed at any time. The heavy shelf also symbolizes the burden and difficulty.

Avoid sharp attachments such as paper-cutting blades or corners of Xerox machines that point to the desktop. It is a sharp symbol of a cutting edge or a disappointing finger pointing at you.

Make sure you can walk around the desk completely. This ensures that your colleagues or workload won't confuse you. You should have room to breathe!

Don't be messy in the office. The desktop must be kept clean and free of clutter. Avoid placing the in and out tray on the table. Try to keep the content you are using on your desktop.

If you have NCR or cash, try to place it in your southeast wealth corner.

Avoid placing cacti in your office because the needles of these plants are thought to produce a negative odor. Shar or Shachi is stagnant or harmful energy.

In your office, never let the door open your desk, as this will allow you to deal with unexpected situations. Never let the door block on your desk, or your prosperity will be blocked forever.

Don't put your desk in a room so that it is between the two doors, because it will let Chi rush through you and take all your good luck. In other words, good energy goes into a door, right by your side, out of the back door!

Never put your desk on top of the stairs, because chi will roll down the stairs, causing you to lose opportunities and wealth. If this is unavoidable, place a mirror above the front door facing the stairs.

If people immediately enter walls and long corridors into your business, try placing a suspended crystal in this area to accumulate more gas. Also place a mirror here and guide the chi to your office.

Do not place large electrical equipment [such as copiers or microwave ovens] near the gate. These are considered to be "hot" items that cause energy to dissipate. Heat causes good gas dispersion.

Do not place the paper cutter or fax machine or any machine with a blade next to the front door. "Cut" energy can cause unpleasant employees and customers, and may even counterattack and fight with others.

Don't put an empty vase next to the main door, because the empty boat inhales a good gas and tries to enter your business premises. If you have a vase, make sure it is full of flowers!

If you have candles in your office, illuminate the wicks to make sure they are burned, even if you don't plan to light the candles. An unlit candle is a bad feng shui because it represents a limitation of possibilities.

Place a fish tank or fish pond in the southwest corner of the office. If this is not possible, consider constructing a koi pond in the southwest outside the building.

To increase your wealth and prosperity, position your indoor water features in the southeast of your home or office. For professional luck, put it in the north. A tabletop fountain made of bamboo or oblate stone is always good for this purpose.

If you have a company sign or logo, it should ideally be placed in the southeast, south or north of your home office.

May the wind and water bring you many blessings!

Do security guards need martial arts?

Without martial arts training, security personnel will be better

Imagine going to the interview and being asked to fight with two other people in the office to prove that you are good enough for the job. This is how security guards used to work in club security. Club managers need to know that you can handle it yourself and protect customers by abandoning drunkenness.

I remember very clearly, because the interview I looked at me and then turned to two locals to drink at a nearby bar. If you can stop this person from throwing you out of the bar, I will pay you $50. Then he turned to me and threw them away.

I was surprised at first, but the two locals were keen to make more money and stand up and fight.

This is not my best catapult, but I try to defend myself and let one of them go out by exerting some power. The manager said that I was hired, not because I could go out with two people, but because I was willing to let go and not be intimidated by them.

Sage's advice

The manager told me that security personnel can challenge drunk people with authority and confidence, not necessarily fighting ability, which is even more important. He said that no matter how good you are, there will always be people better than you, even experienced security personnel can not deal with two or more poisoned people. Anyone tells you that it is an idiot.

Need martial arts?

If you need martial arts as a security guard, I will always be asked. It would be better if you didn't know any martial arts, because these techniques usually rely on unreasonable force or can't be used in the environment.

For example, security personnel should not attack anyone. My reason is simple.

  • You will hurt your fist or knuckles and have a risk of infection

  • A fist rarely controls a person or stops and then hits you

  • Another quick punch is usually done before you know if it is necessary

  • It immediately turned the shot into a fight

  • Beating people will waste time

  • You often end up hitting your fingers with an object or something harder than them.
  • Effective ejection

The purpose of the catapult is to let the perpetrator quickly leave the club and minimize the damage they and you. To do this, you need to limit and control their movements, and the power is always toward the exit.

    Self-defense technology

Most self-defense techniques cause a certain amount of damage, which quickly puts the offender in trouble. Security personnel need restrictions and control techniques to prevent criminals from harming you, but also allow fast movement to the exit. You don't want to roll on the ground or expose to their friends, they will put a boot on your head or smash a bottle. Try to learn martial arts style using biomechanical techniques instead of strikes and kicks.

Fancy footwork and round house kick

No security guard should kick anyone. This is just a sign that they do not have any ability to expel conflict resolution technology.

When I need to pop up a drunken patron, I am working at a venue in Sydney. He is drunk but also very big. As I approached him, he began to become soft and let me know that I would be in trouble through some martial arts moves. Then he also told me that he is a black belt for karate.

    stupid move

I now know what style and technique he has, and his height may first support kicking. As I continued to approach and enter his footsteps, he swung a round house in the air, trying to hit my head. No matter how good you are, playing football is always slower than moving or manual techniques. Also, this leaves only one leg and all your weight. I hid in the ground, putting pressure on his hips, his legs wrinkled under pressure and moving quickly. Then he was restrained and the frog went to the laughter and applause of other customers.

No confidence in martial arts work

Practice and learn some simple and effective binding actions with your partner, and you will be able to handle some of your martial arts training better than most security personnel. Learning to find possible troubles before they happen is still the best way to prevent you from fighting. Study behavioral patterns and body language to advise potential troublemakers before they become a problem.
