Taoist Witchcraft and Its Cultural Practice

What influence does Taoism have on daily Chinese culture and the collective consciousness of the people? What are the guiding principles that emphasize Taoist witchcraft? This lecture will discuss some practical methods of integrating Chinese mysticism between Buddhism and Taoism.

The practice of Taoist magic will be presented through its two branches: external alchemy [waidan] and internal alchemy [neidan]. We will talk about the larger spiritual goals of practicing Taoist magic and the thousands of years of experience and wisdom on how to achieve them.

Beginner tips will be provided, such as starting with the nine-day mysterious woman, the ninth heavenly lady, the reciting of Guan Yin's great compassionate spell, and other ideas that want to branch in the direction that makes the most sense for you.
