North Korea has detonated nuclear weapons tests; what should we do?

The Pentagon and the US State Department predict that North Korea has detonated their first nuclear weapons test underground and triggered an earthquake of magnitude 3.5 on the Richter scale. The test was conducted in northern North Korea. It is estimated that North Korea now has enough plutonium to make five nuclear bombs.

The test was conducted on the eve of South Korea after the United Nations Secretary-General replaced Kofi Annan and the North Korean leader's anniversary of the appointment of the DPRK. The Japanese and Chinese leaders met and discussed the issue two days ago and said that this was unacceptable. Now North Korea has detonated nuclear weapons in underground tests; what should I do?

Has the Six-Party Talk failed? We all know that North Korea is a proud and stubborn country and no one listens. They said that this historic event brought strength and hope to the North Korean state and hindered the US invasion. People have to ask if this will lead to the escalation of nuclear weapons in the region?

Now Japan will now also seek nuclear weapons, even if their constitution stipulates that they will not use weapons abroad. There are some very serious questions ahead, and there are not many options to solve this problem. Please consider all of this in 2006.
