Want to work harder? Why adjusting the knuckles can't help you

There is a lot of attention to martial arts exercises for adjusting the knuckles and hands. Martial artists trained for self-defense, or those trained for safety services or bar bounces, want to have a solid fist that can provide solid boxing without injury.

These guys have a secret that they use this secret when they throw a full strength punch to a resisting opponent. Through this technique, they can avoid hand injuries, hand fractures, and licking the knuckles. I will tell you the secret at the end of this article, but first I will tell you why it is impractical and useless to adjust your hand to resist the impact.

Unfortunately, adjusting the hand to withstand full impact is painful, dangerous, and ultimately futile. Unless you plan to build a career through a destructive demonstration of karate, where you break the concrete block to motivate the audience, you shouldn't worry too much about it. Please allow me to tell you why.

Knuckle conditioning is very painful

To strengthen the knuckles and bones of the fist, you must understand it literally. damage They, over and over again, hope that they will become stronger.

As time goes by, the damaged bones will become thicker and denser, but this process may take a while. This is the line between training and completely irreversible damage. If you don't do the right thing, you end up with arthritis, or an acute injury that can never heal normally.

It is for these reasons that knuckle conditioning is good for many risks and pains, but with little benefit.

It is dangerous to make the hand bone stronger.

As mentioned above, the only way to make the bones of the hands [and knuckles] stronger is to hit them on a hard surface - called Impact training - Over and over again.

This is dangerous because it obviously exposes you to the risk of acute injury. In short, the risk of serious damage exceeds the suspicious benefits of minor damage you intend to do.

There are more: repetitive stress in shock training can lead to joint arthritis. Damage to the joints and connective tissues of the fingers, hands and wrists can seriously affect your quality of life and social function.

Finally, hand conditioning is useless.

No matter how powerful your hands or knuckles are, when your hands are affected by the impact, you can't make them strong enough to avoid injury.

If you hit someone on your teeth, your knuckles will be opened, even though you have all the training. There is no way to make the body tough enough to avoid it.

Similarly, if you are fighting a battle and you have a powerful person on your forehead - or at the elbow - then the bones in your hand will be broken like dry branches. Whether you are a young child or an experienced martial artist who has ten years to adjust his fists, your hands will never be strong enough to resist this damage.

These are just facts in life. Even world-class boxers and MMA fighters break up in competitions or training. The hand is fragile and there is not much training to change this fact.

How to harden your fist

Now we understand the secrets of bodyguards, police, soldiers, bodyguards and others who need to trust them under any circumstances.

The gloves worn by these guys have hardened or aggravated knuckles. These gloves are almost indistinguishable normal Gloves, but they significantly increase your boxing strength while also protecting your knuckles and back from damage.
