Vibram's FiveFingers shoes - more than just another pair of martial arts shoes

A long time ago - Oh, going back about 10 years or more, I wrote an article for one of my sites called Tabi or not Tabi. This is a question [whether or not Shakespeare's comments are]. It focuses on the benefits of the popular Ninja Martial Arts shoes, called Tabi Boot.

Now, Shakespeare could have been a good ninja, but we all agree that he would rather avoid the arrows of modern slings and sharp, sharp objects.

So end this worrying fear and conclude that people may indeed want not to be victims and use weapons [and feet] to deal with this troublesome ocean [especially when training in the Thai waters, corals can pass Providing yourself with foot protection gives the wearer a better chance to fight against the toes and pierce the hardest feet.

Ok, so this may stretch your toes, and this belief in quality shoes is a bit too much. Let's go back to Earth:

Many of us are training outside martial arts. In fact, in our system of teaching as part of a multi-martial arts, the mind-body-spirit, outdoor adventure experience [which makes me breathless] - outside training takes 80% of the time.

Why don't big boots like ninjas?

If you've seen the movie Kick Ass, you may have noticed the protagonist [allegedly Kick Ass] wearing some rather bulky construction boots as part of his superhero costume. Now, if you are going to be beaten, kicked, and generally thrown into this role, people may definitely want more armor. Big shoes = more armor.

However, if you like to wear universal shoes, you will not skip too many candlesticks. The cats in the boots are only very slow [cats with hats can discuss].

When I was about 15 years old, I began to train martial arts seriously. This is also my time at Boy Scouts and weekend camping and hiking. The usual practice is to have a pair of huge hiking boots. It's almost like I have no choice in this matter. From my Scouting leader to my parents, I felt a lot of pressure on me to think that it was just a heavy rubber and dead cow. I found it very happy to know that after so many years of adhering to my beliefs, it turns out that science does support the bad habits of wearing lighter shoes.

When hiking with the Boy Scouts, I will sneak in addition to hiking boots. I am wearing wrestling shoes, I am wearing Ninja tabi boots, I am wearing popular Adidas or lightweight TKD shoes [street shoes I chose in the 80s, and very unfashioned ultra-loose pants].

I tried to wear something, but big and bulky hiking shoes. My scout leader said that I need to wear hiking boots to prevent my ankles from twisting in the rocks. However, my real life experience taught me, to be honest, boots have the opposite effect on me. They didn't protect my ankles because they actually caused my balance and poor coordination - causing more ankle injuries.

This is my first argument - big boots are not suitable for agility.

So go out with shoes and new shoes.

There are countless benefits to walking barefoot. The only question is - how can we be as barefoot as possible without losing too much proprioception or putting our feet in danger? Answer - Put on Vibram's five-finger shoes.

These types of shoes are perfect for martial arts and adventure activities because they allow us to maximize our balance and still spread our toes for true agility. When you are hiking, jumping, swimming, climbing or kicking, you can feel the light of your feet - it feels better - more natural.

Now I still like split shoes like tabi or Nike's running shoes. These are still better than gathering the toes together.

For advanced hardcore hiking and climbing, I recommend that you pack your barefoot shoes and release a pair of good shoes [multi-purpose adventure shoes with climbing rubber]. For any street ninja, I would think that approaching shoes is the best shoe.

But if you don't need to slowly move the armor of the tank, consider a pair of lightweight martial arts shoes. Here are a few reasons why I like these types of shoes. Feel free to add a comment.

01 five fingers lightweight

I am a tourist light - a member of the Mobile Office Club. This means that my office can be packed in a small package and I would rather never use a suitcase. Driving lights require high quality light gears. These shoes are light but have many uses. This alone is a key factor - one project = a lot, so I can power my Less-is-More mission.

02 slick shoes with viscous rubber that can play like a monkey

I usually say, "Shoes are great for rock climbing," but if I want a rock wall that needs a strong sole, I prefer to wear shoes. However, for all other rock climbing and bouldering, lightweight shoes with a good rubber sole are perfect. Climb simple routes and rush in places like Malibu Creek - California. Climb trees and jump from boulders to boulders [try rock climbing with rock climbing shoes for walking - not fun].

03 water-based shoes

This is another huge advantage for shoes with many uses. In Thailand on the island, I like to train, run, and cruise the beach, just jump into the water without taking off my shoes. With shoes like Vibram Five Fingers, I can not only protect my feet, but if I leave them on the beach while swimming, I don't have to worry about stray dogs running away with my slippers [yes, I Will speak] from experience].

04 multi-purpose shoes

As I mentioned, I like to pack lights, which means I prefer an item that can be used for multiple purposes, not just one. These shoes have been tested to prove suitable for running, swimming, crawling, hiking or just playing. I even wear them in the gym. However, the most important thing is that I can wear uniforms when needed.

05 looks strange shoes - Eye Candy

Wearing these shoes is like running around, with a slogan on the back that says "Call me my feet." For many people, this is a scam, but - if you like to share your thoughts, like to pay attention and be able to deal with debts with people who still believe in the flatness of the earth... dare to go public.

06 shoes have elasticity

You can use these shoes to move your toes. This is great for martial arts. If you want to pull back your toes when you play before throwing - no problem. If you are climbing a rope, you can place the rope between your big toes and then simply follow the rope.

07 non-skin shoes

The production of these shoes will not cause damage to the cows. Leather is also heavier.

08 shoes are healthier

In the long run, using lighter shoes is better for your body [yes, this is a double blow]. Also, it is helpful to remind yourself that you should stop walking on your treatment [bad ninja]. If you have not been barefoot for a while, these shoes will remind you of the muscles and joints you need to develop.

Never blind, don't think of them as a substitute for all your shoes - just another great shoe. Common sense is a must.

I think these types of shoes are more adventurous because I can only use one shoe to participate in most of my outdoor activities. Some other benefits:

* If you want to practice invisible movements - the closer you are to barefoot the better. These types of shoes are more suitable for silent sports.

* If you wear lighter shoes, your feet can move faster and then adapt to terrain changes faster.

* Heavy-duty shoes are difficult to swim and cannot move normally in the water.

Of course, if you need to kick some trash cans, I won't ask you to throw away your steel boots. In addition, if you plan to walk on the John Muir Trail, I recommend that you wear a pair of shoes that can be used at a distance [unless you have been trained in long-distance walking training]. Most of us just want to wear a pair of lightweight and versatile shoes that we wear from time to time.

I walked through the park through the park, cruising on a moped in Thailand, and hiking on a short trip [although I also walked barefoot].

Feel free to talk about your thoughts about these and other martial arts shoes.
