It is believed that the chakra is the energy center of the body, which can indicate and influence the physical and mental health of the individual. One of the misconceptions I often encounter is that chakras are either "blocked" or "healthy." According to my experience as an energy therapist, this is not true. I have encountered many situations in my practice where the chakras seem to have too much energy. That chakra is usually adjacent to a weaker or "blocking" chakra. It is as if this person's system has an energetic dam that maintains energy in certain chakras and does not allow it to flow to others.
One solution I learned from the Master of Qigong was to extend a hand in the area of the two chakras in two circular motions. For example, I often see a blockage between the solar plexus chakra and the heart wheel, so I can make a circle from the sternum to the upper abdomen. This will help stimulate energy flow into blocked or weakened chakras.
So how do you know if your chakra is overloaded? Well, the chakras reflect people's happiness, so you can reverse the state of your chakra by checking your health. Here are some of the psychological issues that may be related to overloaded chakras:
- Overloaded root chakras - obsession with money, safety and property, fear of generosity, fear of change and strong dependence on daily work, workaholics, hoarding and strict personal boundaries, all of which interfere with the openness of others .
- Overloaded sacral chakras - Extreme mood swings, over-sensitivity and overreaction, addiction, emotional diet, dependence, are ruled by your feelings.
- Overloaded solar plexus chakras - anger problems, control problems, difficulty in compromise, obsession with victory, obsession with power and status, arrogance, lack of sensitivity.
- Overloaded Hearts - Constantly put the needs of others before yourself, dependence and dependence in relationships, ambiguity, self-neglect, frustration from everything you give.
- Heavy-duty throat chakra - over-talking, speaking loudly, interrupting, difficult to listen to others, talking without thinking, speaking too straightforward
- Overloaded Brow Chakra - It's hard to separate dreams from real life, daydreaming, feeling out of touch with reality, too much mind, and hard to focus on the present.
- Overloaded Crown Chakra - Obsessed with spiritual or intellectual practice, caught in a dilemma of thought, over-intelligent tendency, lost traces of time, feeling disconnected and unfounded.
If you encounter any of these issues, you may have an overloaded chakra. Remember, life causes the chakra to lose balance; this is not the chakra's fault. Reiki is a very effective technique for balancing the chakras and all energy systems of the body. Meditation, breathing exercises, yoga, affirmation and conditioning chakras are also useful tools.
Often, a good remedy for overloaded chakras is aerobic exercise, which moves energy where it is needed and helps the body release any unwanted energy. Just make sure you drink a lot of water!
