Mental and depressive symptoms

I believe that the language a person uses will affect their mental and emotional state.

What a radical concept - the words you choose to use can actually create the reality you experience at all times. Understanding this is critical for those seeking to transcend depressive symptoms, live a spiritual life, and build strong social relationships in the digital and post-digital world. If you use social networking as a tool to create a smart community, you must understand that the language of the group is the key to defending its culture. In academia, there are two kinds of ideas to explore these ideas. First, linguistic determinism points out that the form of the language used determines individual thought. Second, linguistic relativity believes that the habitual pattern of speaking and thinking in a particular language may influence the culture of that linguistic group.

Therefore, we have now adopted more sophisticated methods to deal with words, languages, relationships and reality. The next step for individuals seeking to create "smart practices" is to make decisions that are clear and intended to use or avoid certain words and phrases. This is a powerful tool to improve the quality of a person's practice. As with many other aspects of Zen, Taoism, and wisdom practice, there is no way to do this in a dogmatic way. This is an exploration and exploration.

In my own practice, I avoid using words that I have experienced restrictions that are thought to produce negative realities and/or unnecessary conflicts and pains. I have explored this method by studying not only the masters of Zen and Taoism, but also by exploring the lives of various visionaries, creative geniuses and other special characters. I have observed that these people rarely use such things as willingness, maybe, should But, if, maybe, try it. I am sure there are other words that are suitable for this category, but these words are words that people use unconsciously. I believe these words help to create and/or reinforce behavioral patterns and create unnecessary struggles for those who use them.

The problem with these words is related to the operating model, that is, "there is no cost too high, it should be said for each opportunity" is ". This is in" from

Yes".

Of course, to practice this concept, in fact, to survive, you must have sufficient awareness and self-knowledge, and even do not know when the "cost is too high." According to my experience, these words are an obstacle to this knowledge. I am well aware that the words pointed out above are the root of many self-creation problems.

Think about it. Just saying "willing, maybe, but, if, maybe, and trying" means limiting rather than possibility.

I asked, "Please hand me the glass of water.

An ordinary person can answer, "I am willing", "I can", "I will try", "If I take water, I should put down the glass," and so on.

The use of these words or terms does not have inherent errors or evils. I did not expel them from life. I am not going to create some new rules or dogmas about language. In my experience, I have found that these specific words are associated with a way of interacting with the world, which makes them restrict me. I may use them sometimes, but I use them as little as possible. why? They are words that make me feel sorry, expect, and focus on short-term satisfaction and ordinary thinking.

So if you can change the way you use the language, you can create a spiritual defect state and learn to deal with the symptoms of depression.
