Living in snoring and sleep apnea? You do not need!

Over the years, we have lived with our husband's snoring and apnea. It puts pressure on us and our marriage. We are always tired and therefore very grumpy. This is of course a lack of quality sleep, and now is the time to do something. When he stopped breathing or pushed him to stop snoring, we had enough time to wake me up and wait for him to nudge him.

We have considered possible solutions and surgery is the final course of action. If possible, we are looking for a simpler treatment.

Skull disease was used, and some treatments later snored and the apnea disappeared. The result is that customers have more energy and a changing life and retirement perspective. Osteopathic therapy may not help everyone to fight problems, but it is definitely worth a try.

A patient with a skull bone disease said: This is not a rare problem, I found that most couples, like these, endure it, because nasal sprays, decongestants and surgical medical solutions are not a good choice. For a sober partner [usually a wife] lying down, this can be very worrying, and on the other hand, it is the anger that keeps sober because of snoring. Divorce is indeed the fatigue and tension caused by this relationship.

It is worth noting that sleep apnea has several health risks - it increases the risk of heart attack. Sleep deprivation will change your stress response and mental alertness - the factors of car accidents in the morning, the ability to manage life [especially noisy children!], your general mental health and peace of mind.

You can take some remedies:

  • lose weight. This is how soft the throat and uvula at the back of the throat are. When it blocks the duct, you stop breathing and you will snore when it vibrates. Weight loss, less tissue, less symptoms.

  • Do not drink alcohol before retirement. This makes the throat more relaxed and extra soft...so there are more snoring!

  • Lying on your side to sleep - Hanging down from the back of the throat, preventing it from occluding, so there is no snoring. If you are lying on your back often - support yourself with a pillow and stop you from turning over.

From the perspective of osteopathy, treatment is designed to restore the right function. Long-lasting sinus congestion, increased drainage through the face, head and neck, reducing local inflammatory response, not only helps the head symptoms, but also joint pain and pain. In addition, there is no constant sinus pain around the nose and eyes - this helps with a sense of humor!

Working around the upper chest to help the area work better and drain also helps circulation, including the heart producing more energy.

It is an honour to be able to bring change to so many aspects of someone's life. You may not have to endure anything, even if you don't get satisfactory results from your GP... Consider bone disease... you can find it locally or in a local directory. You will have to pay for this treatment privately, but this may be a small price for everyone's good sleep, as well as stress and other health problems caused by nighttime disturbances.
