At the time of writing this article, it was January 2018. It's time to return to work. Beyond the new life that has been overloaded for the past year.
From the happiness of vacation time, the comfort of hibernation or avoiding reality can make people feel uncomfortable. I know this fight very well. Walking out of hiding may be scary.
However, despite the terrible, our hiding place will become old and uncomfortable sooner or later, and we will appear again, decide to hide in depth, or go out to shine.
I know the temptation of a comfortable hiding place. I also know the danger of staying too long. I have to re-enter my life too much time to calculate.
The good news is that awakening your spirit from your sleep may be easier than you think. Here are the ways I found to help you wake up and enter the land of glory:

Feeling comfortable and uncomfortable - Stay with yourself as you spend the day. Pay attention to when and where you have the urge to hide or avoid certain things. Use one of the techniques mentioned below instead of hiding, or avoiding, leaving your feelings, or releasing them. Keep going. Actions will help eliminate your discomfort and increase your courage to stretch further.
Clear your energy - Use energy tools such as EFT tapping, meditation, heart breathing, yoga, qigong and aura to remove unwanted feelings. Usually, we feel overloaded by the needs and negative energy of others. Combine this with our own troubled mood and feel that we can't move forward. These energy technologies will help you clean and energize your energy, making it easier and more fun.
Ignite your passion - Read, watch, listen, do, no matter what illuminates you. Be vigilant to keep fuel for fire. Usually, in hiding, we allow the internal flame to be nearly extinguished, making it difficult to appear. Pay special attention to your unique creative expression and desire to rekindle your passion and inner strength.
Use Creative Visualization - Sit quietly, close your eyes and take a deep breath. Imagine a golden ball of light [or any color you want] on top of your head. Let this light flow into your body. Look at the clean light and release anything you need to go. Please note that when the light is clean, your inner brilliance begins to emerge. Let light radiate out of your body and form a beautiful personal essence around you. Keep using this visualization as long as you like. The feeling that appears is that you radiate the inner light.
Forward and shine - Start where you feel safe and encouraged, no matter what it means to you. Stretch from there and stretch in the direction that suits you best. Choose your pace. Choose your style. Go ahead.
