Chinese okra chicken fried

I am a fried queen. I will throw anything into the pot to cook. I mainly like chicken and beef fry. I often go to the farmer's market to buy fresh vegetables. There is an Asian family selling their vegetables. Most of the things they have I have never seen, but I am willing to try new things. They convinced me to buy a vegetable that looked like cucumbers and other strangely shaped vegetables. They called this strange item luffa.

Luffa is a fruit that is eaten as a vegetable and belongs to the cucumber family. The strange thing about this fruit is that it can be used as a bath towel or kitchen sponge, or it can be made into a loofah. The fruit can be used as a natural detergent after drying. who knows? It is a popular vegetable in Chinese cooking, known as Chinese Okra. Since I am an adventurer, I bought one and see what I can do. I came up with a Chinese okra chicken recipe.

Ingredients

1 pound chicken breast

1 bunch of broccoli

1 Chinese Okra [luffa]

1 onion

1 tbsp garlic chilli sauce

2 tablespoons sesame ginger marinade

6 tablespoons oil

1⁄4 cup soy sauce

1-2 cups of cold rice

Seasoning with salt and pepper

Wash the chicken and marinade in the sesame sauce for one hour. Place a wok on the stove and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Make the wok delicious and hot before adding ingredients. Cut the chicken breast into pieces. I seasoned the chicken with sea salt and stirred it in hot oil for a few minutes. Remove the chicken from the wok. Clean the pot and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Boil the broccoli for 1-2 minutes before adding the wok. Wash Chinese okra and cut off both ends. Cut into 1⁄2 inch pieces. Stir-fry broccoli and luffa in hot oil. Add garlic chili sauce to the middle of the vegetables and mix well. Once tender, remove the vegetables. Add 2 tablespoons of oil, then add cold rice to fry for a minute or two. Cut the onions. I like to add onions at the end, so it won't get wet. Add rice chicken, vegetables, and cut onions. Because soy sauce contains a lot of sodium, I don't use too much salt. Pour the soy sauce into the pan and fry all the ingredients together. Please enjoy!
