Lost form of ancient karate

It's a fun, karate grows from a form, and Kata is now lost.

Interestingly, this is true. This is the story.

The original rumor was that karate developed from Kung Fu's crane style. It may be true, but if you have seen that form of video, you may shake your head and lick it. The crane form is a crumbling quivery thing, it is hard to imagine the movement being refined into most styles of karate blocks and counterattack movements.

I first saw this form on YouTube and invited readers to search and check the form - I should say that the form has many versions - and draw your own conclusions.

So, with this difficult example, I decided to do some digging. This is the story I found, the story behind the art of karate.

Hundreds of years ago, on Okinawa, in a frustrating cave behind an ancient cemetery, there was a shipwrecked sailor. He is Chinese and his name is Jiang Nan.

I think Ankoh Itosu is living in a nearby house. For those who don't know, Mr. Itosu is one of the iconic figures in martial arts. He studied with all the masters of the time and he was responsible for turning karate into a modern method.

One day, Jiang met with Mr. Itosu. We don't know how. Maybe Mr. Itosu and the crew of the victims became friends. Maybe one of these martial artists went for a walk, saw each other practicing martial arts, and talks and friendships were hit.

Professor Jiang Nan, Mr. Itosu is a form of martial arts.

Mr. Itosu works on the form, the name of the job is obviously Channan, may be the translation of the word "peaceful mind", or may be the translation of the name of Jiang Nan. He turned Channan into five independent katas, calling them Pinans, meaning peace of mind.

Later, when these forms were taught in Japan, they were called peace.

Therefore, the five Pinans became the foundation and soul of karate art.

They became the main form of art and were the choice of imperial bodyguards in three different countries: Okinawa, South Korea and Japan.

When you read this article, they will be taught by children around the world.

Get countless self-defense techniques from Pinans, endless training and self-defense philosophy,

From these forms, a complete Zen belief system, a "moving Zen" philosophy emerged.

As far as I know, this is the accurate expression of the "lost form" and the formation of karate.
