Back pain: how to restore body shape

At some point in their lives, back pain affects 4 of the 5 adults in the United States. Back pain can range from awkward discomfort to painful pain. Painkillers can temporarily relieve pain, but it does not solve the root cause of the problem.

Here are 10 tips to keep your back healthy, strong and painless:

1. Lose weight. from

Excessive weight can stress the back muscles, causing pain or exacerbating existing pain. If you are overweight, the best thing you can do is lose weight.

2.Exercise. from

Regular aerobic exercise increases the strength and endurance of the back muscles. This in turn makes the muscles work better. Walking, swimming, cycling or elliptical machines are a good choice.

3. Abdominal sit-ups. from

The stomach muscles support the spine together with the back muscles. Sit-ups strengthen the abdominal muscles and relieve back pressure.

4. No smoking. from

Smoking causes a decrease in oxygen levels in the spinal cord tissue. This can interfere with the healing process and make the back pain worse.

5.Stand Correct. from

Standing for a long time and having a poor posture can cause back pain. Maintain a neutral pelvic position while standing. If you must stand for a long time, place your foot on the low stool and remove the load from the lower back.

6. Sit right. from

Don't tilt your desk or keyboard. Use a chair with good lower back support and armrests.

7. Improve the correct. from

Keep your back straight and bend your knees only. Grab something close to your body. Avoid lifting and twisting at the same time.

8.Sleep is correct. from

People with back pain should use a medium-hard mattress. Use pillow support. Avoid pillows forcibly lifting the neck. If you sleep next to you, putting a pillow between your legs can help you sleep better.

9. Wear the right shoes. from

Sorry ladies, but the feeling of back pain in high heels is like pouring gasoline on the fire. If you have back pain, you can choose low heel shoes.

10.Get Up and Move. from

If you sit in a position for a long time, your back muscles will tighten and lick. Take a break every hour or so during long-distance driving. If your job is sedentary, do the same, get up, stretch, and walk around regularly.

Good for your back, your back is good for you.
